With all the celebrations going on last week, and the store being out of some of the biggest sale items our menu plan went down the drain. I did get rain checks last week, so I’m calling this week a “do over” ~ for the most part. All the chicken dishes planned for last week are being moved to this week, and I’ve filled in the rest of the days.
