For years I just threw opt in boxes up on my blog, and links on my videos… but I had no idea where my subscriber community was coming from because I wasn’t tracking. 🙁
Finally I figured out how to do it! YAY!! Now when I open my opt in notification emails I can see exactly where my new subscribers clicked and opted in to become part of my email community.

What makes this so cool is when I get a bunch of opt ins from a post I can go back and look at the content, the call to action, and repeat what I did! When I can do that I waste a lot less time, and get a lot more people joining my email community. 🙂
