Hi and welcome to It’s a Wahm Life! I’m Jackie Lee, and that’s my kiddo Hanna.
I’ve been a full time blogger for almost 8 years now. I quit my J.O.B in the mental health field and started blogging full time when my daughter was born. I just couldn’t bear the thought of leaving her every day (and having a boss was well… just not working out for me lol).
I started my blogging career on a free blogging platform, and felt the urge to write because parenting was WAY harder than I ever imagined it would be. I ended up connecting with some awesome moms (that I’m still connected to today), and quickly realized I could sell stuff to create an income from my blog along the way.
I decided to start sharing the things I learned about how to make money on the internet and set up my first wordpress blog. I talked about all things marketing, internet marketing, blogging, writing there… but found I really missed sharing myself, my world, and the crazy things my kiddo and I do together in the world and the kitchen.
That’s when I started this blog… a perfect mix of marketing and mindset all while managing the kitchen and the kiddo. I love how through the way I’ve set up this blog I can be ALL of myself, and not just one teeny tiny part of me.
