Small Business Entrepreneurs Need a Coach

I’ve been working from home online for about 7 years now. I read and learned and read and messed up a LOT of things the first couple years. It was around that time I decided to get a coach. My business changed over night. I was no longer digging around, trying to find the “secret” and trying to figure out what I should do every day. I knew, because I had a coach.

Here’s what I didn’t know I didn’t know at the time though…

You don’t want just ANY coach, you want a coach who’s doing what you want to do, and has what you want to have.

Turns out, that even though my business turned around with the coach I chose, I didn’t really want to build a business on the model he was teaching… it’s an effective model, and it works, it just wasn’t right for me.

So I took the knowledge I gained and put it to work for me. I had a foundation that allowed me to build my business on. I knew the basics, and the steps it took to accomplish the basics.

A few more years go by, I’m creating a business for myself, and moving in the right direction.

Then BAM.

I see something online… and there is instantly a connection. Instantly there is a desire.

I HAVE TO WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE.

When you’re looking for a small business coach, you want not only a coach but a small business mentor. You want someone who is going to be there for you over the long haul. You want someone you can brainstorm with, and connect with… you want to choose someone who you feel a HUGE desire, in fact, a need to work with.

When you find this equation:

they’re doing what you want + they have what you desire+ you have a MUST work with them feeling = HUGE SUCCESS

You will find there are a million different ways you can do just about anything online. There are just as many different ways to make money. Without life and business coaching you will spend months even years, running in circles looking for the “right” thing, the “best” thing, the “secret” thing.

Stop. Right now. Give yourself a fighting chance and find a coach.
