When you first get into network marketing you don’t know what you don’t know… and you don’t know the people you don’t know.
You may have joined your company through a friend or acquaintance. You may have been told about the amazing upline leaders, and the fantastic team you’re signing into.
However… once you get all signed up you may find your upline isn’t very active, or isn’t having much success. You may find the big team leaders don’t actually respond to you. You may have access to their great training, but find it doesn’t resonate with you.
This happens… but guess what.
It’s pretty easy to get online and find other people you do resonate with. It doesn’t take much to find them… if they’re great networkers they’ll be out there networking and will be pretty hard to miss.
There is almost always going to be a way you can connect with them, and learn from them. Whether you buy training time with them, join them in their free bootcamps, or just learn from being part of their online community.
The thing is, if what you have available isn’t working for you, it’s possible to tap in and plug into other sources. Search out ways to get plugged into other people and systems that you do resonate with, and make you want to get out there and DO something.
Your network marketing company will not grow if you don’t take action… if the actions being taught by your upline and company leaders isn’t for you, find a mentor who’s teaching something that is. Just because you don’t resonate with what your leaders are teaching doesn’t mean the company’s not right for you… it just means what they’re teaching isn’t. Find a generic system that will help get out into the marketplace in a way that works for you.
