Today as we were going to town we saw a dead coyote in the road. There was a large bird on it. I slowed down, and said to Hanna look at the Vulture (we have a lot of those around) BUT when we got closer I realized it was actually a Bald Eagle!
TOO COOL.
I was kicking myself for not having the Google (oh dear… that’s bad when Google comes out of your fingers instead of good!) good camera, but I did have the point and shoot. It flew away, but landed in a tree not far away. Here’s what we got:
