Here it is again… another Monday. Last week we didn’t stick to our plan very well… there was a surprise trip to the circus, and we ended up having leftovers and sandwiches a couple nights. Hopefully we’ll get back on track again this week.
Yesterday was my husband’s birthday so we had a nice birthday dinner, but other than that I don’t schedule to exact day to leave room for flexibility. (although maybe I should try that and see if it helps us stick to the plan better lol)
Sun:
Steak
corn on the cob
salad
peach cobbler with ice cream
Tacos
Spaghetti
salad
Pizza (homemade, including the crust)
Peanut Butter and Jelly Chicken
rice
green beans
Hamburgers
potato salad
Grilled Pork Chops
scalloped potatoes
green beans
That’ll do it. I found a recipe for the pizza crust, but this will be our first time doing it from scratch… so if you have a favorite recipe please feel free to share.
