		<description>Alas, I&#039;m the same way (doesn&#039;t take much to throw my off my exercise routine), so I don&#039;t really have good advice.  

This might cheer you up though: I put a pedometer on myself one day, and without exercising at all and staying in the house all day, I discovered I had walked over 4 miles just doing my usual household chores and stuff.  :)  If you have stairs, making yourself go up and down those stairs a few extra times is almost as good as fitting in 15 minutes of exercise.</description>
