It’s a Lee family tradition ~ or it has been in the past and my sister in law Anita is bringing it back ~ to make Lefse during the holidays. This year the girls were old enough to help… Hanna LOVES to cook, and she was eager to get in on the action. If you’re not familiar with Lefse, it’s a traditionally Norwegian dish made from Riced potatoes. Here’s a recipe.
